Our $50 turns that around. We ask local installers across Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky to quote the same stairs, and each one knows it is competing for the job. They see your stair details and photos, never your last name, phone number or email. We collect the prices and send them to you to compare at your own pace.

We’ve seen some of the big national stairlift brands quote upward of $7,000 for a straight stairlift, a job that local Cincinnati-area installers often do for much less. No. Installers never get your phone number or email, so they can’t call, text or email you. No one comes to your home unless you invite them. When you’re ready, you call the company you like and give them your quote number.

Only what they need to price the job: your city and ZIP, your stair details and photos, and the rider details that affect fit (such as weight, height and mobility). Your last name, phone number and email stay with us.

No. We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share your phone number or email with installers or marketers. We use your contact details only to send your quotes and, if needed, to ask you a question about your request.

Photos let installers price your stairlift without a sales visit. We ask for four: the bottom landing, the top landing, the narrowest point, and the nearest electrical outlet. A short video walking the stairs is optional and helps with curved stairs. Clear photos mean more accurate quotes.

Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. We send your request only to installers that serve your address. If we can’t get at least 3 quotes for your home, you get a full refund.

Yes. Call the installer you like, give them your quote number and tell them the price you were quoted. You buy directly from them. We don’t sell, install or service stairlifts. Quotes are estimates; a site visit is required for a firm price.

Yes. The installer directory is free to browse, with each company’s location, services and Google rating, and you can contact any of them yourself. The $50 quote service is for when you’d rather have us collect the prices so installers never get your phone number.

The review step of the form shows the $50 fee and our guarantee before you pay anything. You then pay on a secure payment page run by our payment provider, Zoho Payments. We never see or store your full card number. We start working on your request once your payment is received.

If we can’t get you at least 3 installer quotes, we refund the full $50. You can also ask for a refund before we start contacting installers: email info@cincinnatistairliftsales.com with your quote number.
